As expected, the German-designed product, manufactured in Germany with a 25-year warranty, is a true dream come true. I have used it to carry in a small backpack while going around and trimming bushes and branches on hiking trails in preparation for summer. The mechanism for folding it in and out works extremely well, and the weight is negligible. It has performed every task flawlessly. However, it was delivered with a protective plastic box around the actual scissors, which was so well-built that one almost needed a crowbar and a saw to open it. A true delight. Cuts exceptionally well, indeed. One shouldnt skimp on quality tools. The telescopic function is fantastic; even as a tall person, I can comfortably trim branches on the ground while standing.
