As expected, a German-designed and German-manufactured product with a 25-year warranty is nothing short of a dream come true. Ive been using it to carry in a small backpack and trim bushes and branches on hiking trails in preparation for summer. The tool has completed every task flawlessly; the mechanism for folding it in and out is extremely well-functioning, and its practically weightless. While it was delivered with a protective plastic case around the actual scissors that was so well-built that one almost needed a crowbar and a saw to open it, it was a bit of a hassle.
