    One minor drawback is the insufficient length of the wire provided. With numerous areas to cover in my yard, pool, storm shelter, fire pit, and more, I found myself needing an additional 200 feet. This led to purchasing a 500-foot spool at $85 from the hardware store. Despite this inconvenience, the mower operates exceptionally quietly and performs admirably. Installing the boundary wire was indeed a tedious task, as expected, but the end result was well worth the effort. I havent had the need for technical support, but Im confident its available should the need arise. Apart from extra wire and connectors, which are necessary, the box contains everything else you could require. Considering the cost, its a sound investment, particularly for smaller yards

    After purchasing and owning the top-of-the-line Husqvarna Automower 450xh for my country house, I was curious about the potential of the Minimo model to handle the lawn at my city residence. The Minimo has proven to be just as effective on my 1,200 square-foot city lawn as the 450xh has been on my 65,000 square-foot country property. The Minimo keeps the lawn looking immaculate with only 3 hours of operation per day, 6 days a week, whereas the 450xh requires 14 hours per day, 7 days a week. Both machines have provided excellent results, resulting in beautifully maintained lawns

    This is my first-ever review, but I felt compelled to share my praise for the exceptional customer service I received. I purchased a Gardena Sileno lawnmower from Amazon last year, and this year, the station connectors burnt out, rendering my robot mower inoperative. I visited the Gardena office, hoping they could assist me. From the moment I stepped through their doors, the Gardena staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. The customer service was truly remarkable. They asked me to leave the lawnmower and all the associated equipment, and they promptly sent me an email. Although the affected part was not covered by the warranty, they went above and beyond to fix the issue for me, providing a one-time, complimentary service. Exceptional customer service of this caliber is rare. When I went to retrieve my mower, not only did the manager engage me in conversation, but the technician who had worked on it also came out to discuss the problem and the fixes, as well as provide guidance on what to look out for going forward. I extend my sincere gratitude to Sharuya, Ivy Hurley, and Fady. From top to bottom, this team demonstrated unwavering helpfulness, and I truly appreciate their outstanding efforts
