I am in total love with this thing! Im used to using old plastic reels with a miniature foot peg to reel in 100 feet of water hose into a pile of dog feces. Then, you have to drag the hose through dog poop, grass clippings, and other debris to get to your work area. To make things even more complicated, I have to do this twice due to the slack getting caught on something. Once Im finished, I have to roll it all back up and thread it through all of the dog feces, grass clippings, and dirt on the hose. With the Gardena, I walk to my work area, carry the nozzle over my shoulder, and complete the task without any effort. The Gardena ensures everything stays in place without creating any blockages. Its smooth retractions and efficient swivelability make it perfect for maneuvering around corners.

I personally installed a 25-meter roll of the product onto a brick wall. The process was straightforward and easy – I recommend using a spirit level to ensure proper alignment. The mechanism is of good quality, although it may be a bit strong initially. However, I anticipate that I will become accustomed to it or it may loosen up slightly over time. All the connections work without any leakage, which I find very satisfactory. This product represents an upgrade from the cheaper, well-known yellow hose reels, and I believe the slightly higher cost is justified by the quality and performance
