After countless frustrating experiences with flimsy, short-lived sprinklers, discovering the Gardena model on Amazon was a revelation. While significantly pricier than the $15-$25 options found at typical retailers, its quality and durability are more than worth the investment. This well-constructed sprinkler boasts ease of use, particularly when adjusting its coverage. Even the included quick coupling impressed me enough to purchase Gardenas Starter Set for my other hose attachments. Two months in, the sprinkler continues to perform flawlessly. The sprinkler is remarkably easy to adjust and boasts an impressive range. The width adjustment levers on both sides of the head function effectively. Adjusting the rotational range is straightforward, accomplished through two sliders on one side of the head. These allow for a wide variety of patterns, from a full spread to a narrow sector in any direction between full left and full right. One of the sprinklers standout features is the ability to hold the head in place while it operates, thanks to a clutch mechanism. This enables adjustments to the width and rotation without having to lift the sprinkler and reorient it, as is required with conventional models. The sprinkler can hold a substantial amount of water when level, necessitating drainage before freezing temperatures. All external components are made of plastic, and as this is an expensive device, the user has been more cautious with it compared to less sophisticated sprinklers. The sprinkler has been in use since September 2011, and this assessment is being provided in October 2013

Deciding whether to invest over $50 in a water sprinkler was a challenging choice, but after my initial use of this product, Im utterly delighted with its performance. It surpasses any sprinkler Ive encountered in the past, which were all disappointing in their own ways. This one is sheer perfection. Im astounded by its capability to propel water an astonishing 20 feet into the air, leaving me staring in awe at the yard, questioning the science behind it. Furthermore, the claim that it covers almost 60 feet of lawn space is no exaggeration. Despite my average water pressure, this Gardena sprinkler outperforms every previous model Ive owned. Not only is its functionality exceptional, but adjusting it is unbelievably effortless and precise. The width and length controls are intuitive and offer a level of accuracy that other sprinklers consistently lack. This marks my first foray into Gardena products, but it certainly wont be my last. The cost is well worth it, and I wholeheartedly recommend it
