These metal connectors are incredibly durable, so I always grab them when I spot them on sale. Ive amassed quite a collection, but I know theyll come in handy as my remaining plastic connectors eventually need replacing. One of the things I love most about these connectors is how easy they make connecting accessories to hoses. However, if you require a durable option, I would recommend visiting their website for Eley Hose Reels. They have connectors made of solid brass that are known for their durability. Although I did not find them on Amazon, I still suggest checking out their website for better options. Additionally, if you need a nozzle from Eley, their hose nozzle comes in superior quality compared to other brands. However, it does not come with the water stop feature that Eley offers. Nevertheless, you can purchase a brass shutoff piece from them and attach it to the end of the hose before connecting it to an accessory. Overall, I am satisfied with the performance of these items so far. I highly recommend them and suggest purchasing the metal models as they are currently expensive. In the meantime, if I discover new information about Eley, I may stick with Gardenas products as their prices are already quite high.
