The Gardena connector I purchased in June 2015 has been an excellent product. It has not leaked at all for nearly six years, and the levers effectively control the water flow. When I first bought it, I was unsure about its durability, but Ive generally been very satisfied with Gardena products. Its only now, in May 2021, that the connector has failed, with a slight leak from one arm – a dripping, but enough to warrant buying a replacement. The quick-disconnect feature has been a great functional benefit

I was so impressed with the durability of this product that I bought a second one for another faucet. My first one has lasted over five years, even though I leave it connected throughout the winter. Typically, I store my Gardena products indoors during cold weather because water expansion can crack the plastic. However, this particular item has held up perfectly, even without winter storage. Just remember to bleed the line before using it again. One final tip: be sure to keep an eye on the sprayers

I received a Gardena-G with two hose end connectors attached. Its a new darker grey color scheme. It also has two spring loaded Gardena-female adapters, like what you would use on a faucet to connect your hose to your garden hose. Alternatively, it offers a spare adapter to clip onto your faucet with a Gardena-male nozzle, which is needed for free rotation of the splitter. Additionally, the quarter turn ball valves have the same internal diameter as the male ends, so there isnt an added restriction.

The valve is great because its easy to use and leak-proof. It also has a snap connect feature that I like
