I have used a home center-purchased Japanese-made hose reel up until now. However, the process of pulling out and rewinding the hose was quite difficult, causing my elderly mother a lot of trouble. This product requires effort to pull the hose out, but the rewinding is quick and easy. Additionally, the long hose allows for a variety of uses, from watering the garden to washing the car, making it a versatile tool. While it comes with a 5-year warranty, the included nozzle was leaking, so I contacted the retailer and had it replaced. I had expected the hose to be thicker and more durable, but it feels a bit flimsy, which is disappointing

I mounted a leader hose from behind to the front, attaching it to the Gardena reel spike hose. The leader hose is invisible, but the spike reel is very tidy. Installing it is easy, sturdy, but be sure to screw the spike all the way into the ground or it will wobble. With the hose now watered for my border plants and filled with bird baths quickly and easily, I am able to wash off the droppings from the fence and clean the stone walk during rush hour. The water pressure on this system was not low, but I did not find that. Instead, I discovered that the water pressure was sufficient to wash away bird droppings from the fence and clean the stone walk.

The best automatic hose winder available. This is the second one Ive purchased for my garden, and it never gets stuck. Its incredibly convenient, especially since you can simply screw the post into the ground and youre done. The hose retracts automatically, and everything about it, from the build quality to the materials, is top-notch.
