Great value for money! The Gardena quick connect works perfectly with my existing brass male quick connect fittings. The metal counter part of the product is more robust than its plastic counterpart, but it is also more expensive. While I previously had a plastic one that lasted for several seasons, I unfortunately forgot to properly winterize it, resulting in it cracking when I needed it most. If I had invested in the metal counterparts instead, I would now be able to use them for a longer period of time. The Gardena system is also convenient, which is why I recommend it over any other type of countertop product
